All Reliance Foundry bollards are shipped to locations throughout North America from our warehouse in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.

How do I place an order?
You can email, fax or phone in your purchase order to us anytime. If you have received a formal price quote from us, you can acknowledge acceptance of the quote and request an order to be placed by signing the quote and faxing or e-mailing it back to us.
How long for delivery?
Orders from inventory are shipped within 1 business day of receipt of payment or acceptance of credit terms.
Orders that require custom coating or are manufactured to order may have an extended lead time. Transit (freight delivery) times depend on the shipping distance from our site, but generally customers receive their shipments within a few business days. Expedited service is also available; please call to get a quote on these services.
Your requested time of delivery will be complied with wherever possible; however, we cannot guarantee requests. Deliveries are subject to extension due to delays caused by manufacturing and transport delays beyond Reliance Foundry’s control.
When will my order arrive?
Shipment tracking information will be sent to you when your order is shipped. You will be able to track your shipment online or by phone.

Do you offer any discounts?
By cutting out the middleman, Reliance Foundry offers all customers - big and small -
wholesale prices and
quantity discounts.
Can I become a dealer?
As we are committed to offering
every customer the best pricing on every item, we don't include a discounted price for dealers, which would add to the customer price, now at wholesale level for everyone. Thus, we simply don't have a reseller structure.
Also, both because we can
ship quickly and directly from British Columbia and because
customers order such varied products, it would be difficult for a wholesaler to effectively stock the variety and number of items customers are likely to order, impairing a dealer's ability to respond to orders as quickly as we can.
Last, we exercise
strict quality control and offer
detailed product expertise from our headquarters in Surrey, British Columbia. It would be difficult, and expensive, for companies to hire people with the expertise needed to fully enforce our customer service and quality control programs.

What are your company's policies for freight and delivery?
All goods are shipped F.O.B. from our plant in Surrey, B.C., Canada.
Shipments should be inspected by the purchaser immediately upon receipt, to check for transportation loss or damage.
Shipping and handling fees for orders that are refused, unclaimed, and returned to Reliance Foundry are the responsibility of the customer. Re-delivery of orders will incur additional fees.
Please note, once an order has left our location, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
All shipment/delivery dates on Reliance Foundry’s quotes or order confirmations represent our best approximation of probable shipment/delivery dates, and are not guaranteed.
What do my delivery charges include?
Freight charges detailed in our price quotes are for standard commercial delivery. Delivery charges do not include unpacking, placement, installation or positioning of goods, or removal of packaging materials and pallets.
A dock or forklift is required to unload these goods without damage; it is the customer’s responsibility to provide labor and equipment to assist with the unloading of goods on their site.
Other freight options are available (i.e. tailgate lift for curbside or street level delivery, carrier equipped with lift truck, etc.) for an additional fee, but we must be advised of any special delivery requests at the time of quote, and/or prior to shipment.
Do you charge US State Sales or Use Taxes?
No. As a Canadian company, we do not collect any US Sales or Use Taxes. Our prices do NOT include any US State Use Tax.
Unless an exemption applies,
any applicable US State Use Tax must be paid by the purchaser directly to the State.
