Where can I Buy a Reliance Foundry Bollard?

How can I obtain a quote?
Our most current Price Lists are available as PDF downloads at the top right of this page, and they are also available on our Downloads page. Prices on our Price Lists, and as shown on our individual Bollard item website pages do NOT include Freight Costs.

To request a formal written Price Quote including worldwide Freight Cost to your location, use our "Quote Request" feature on each Bollard item page. Click here to go to our Bollards product line overview page to select the Bollard model that you are most interested in.

Once we receive your request, a Quote will be sent via email or FAX to you within 1 business day. You may also email, fax or phone us with your requirements and we will provide a Quote right away.

How do I place an order?
You can email, fax or phone in your purchase order to us anytime. If you have received a formal price quote from us, you can acknowledge acceptance of the quote and request an order to be placed by signing the quote and FAXING or e-mailing it back to us.

When placing your order, please be ready to confirm model number, finish, quantity, installation methods, delivery address, billing address and site contact information.

For prompt delivery of your order, we accept VISA, MasterCard or American Express payments. Download our Credit Card Authorization form.
To pay by check, please send via courier with charges collect to Reliance Foundry. Call our sales department to receive any one of our courier account numbers.
If you would like to setup a credit account, please download our Credit Application form; the credit approval process typically takes 2-5 business days.

How long for delivery?
Orders from inventory are shipped out within 24 hours of receipt of payment or acceptance of credit terms.

Orders that require custom coating or are manufactured to order at times will have an extended lead time. Transit (freight delivery) times depend on the shipping distance from our site, but generally customers receive their shipments within a few business days. Expedited service is also available; please call to get a quote on these services.

Requested time of delivery will be complied with wherever possible, however it is not guaranteed. Deliveries are subject to extension due to delays caused by manufacturing and transport delays beyond Reliance Foundry’s control.

When will my order arrive?
Shipment tracking information will be sent to you when your order is shipped. You will be able to track your shipment on-line or by phone.

What are your company's policies for freight and delivery?
All goods are shipped F.O.B. our plant, Surrey, B.C., Canada.

Shipments should be inspected by the purchaser immediately upon receipt, to check for transportation loss or damage.

Shipping and handling fees for orders that are refused, unclaimed, and returned to Reliance Foundry are the responsibility of the customer. Re- delivery of orders will incur additional fees.

Please note, once an order has left our location, shipping and handling is a non-refundable fee.

All shipment/delivery dates on Reliance Foundry’s quotes or order confirmations represent our best approximation of probable shipment/delivery dates, and are not guaranteed.

What do my delivery charges include?
Freight charges detailed in our price quotes are for standard commercial delivery. A dock or forklift is required to unload these goods without damage; it is the customer’s responsibility to provide labour and equipment to assist with the unloading of goods on their site.

Other freight options are available (i.e. tailgate lift for curbside or street level delivery, carrier equipped with lift truck, etc.), but we must be advised of any special delivery requests at the time of quote, and/or prior to shipment. Special delivery requests may be accommodated for an additional fee, but such requests must be confirmed in writing by Reliance Foundry in advance of shipping.

Delivery charges do not include unpacking, placement, installation or positioning of goods, or removal of packaging materials and pallets.
